A teenage who has just started driving is worrisome in many ways and the high auto insurance premiums that come along with their new license is often one of the major worries. The premiums that come along with a new teen driver can be 50 to 100 percent higher then average auto insurance rates but if you follow a few tips you can sometimes lower those high rates or at least keep them from going up.
