Most auto insurance companies have standard discount structures so just look for the one or two that offer additional benefits. The main discounts are set by looking at the level of risk. The more likely it is you will go through the year without making a claim, the bigger the discounts likely to be available. So, how many years have you gone without a claim? The better your driving record over time, the more likely it is that you will be offered a good discount. The converse is equally true.
